10 years ago in Washington DC USA suburbs I was monitoring RF spectrum centered on 2.4 GHz at 3am one weeknight. I watched that initial time as the ENTIRE RF bandwidth (20 MHz as visible on a HackRFOne device) was repeatedly pulsed / undulated, literally like waves of electromagnetic energy washing over us, waves of RF 20 dB or more (that’s 100x) across ALLLLL frequencies in the 20 MHz-wide band (and likely much wider!) — literally a tidal-wave of RF energy washing in, out, pulsing up/down, like catastrophic flood waters. I’ve seen similar many times since. The effect, so massive and energetic, seems implausibly beyond human ability. RF does have effect on human perception, mood, chemistry. I’m still wondering about the source, possible agenda…it may be natural.
