Hearing the kids being totally present is a sign of a great teacher.
Those kids will remember that until they’re 70 years old. Bravo!
My 5th grade teacher did this in 1985. It impacted both my writing and speech for my lifetime and i still think about it. SO happy to see this vital lesson still in use!
