If someone uses your face, voice, or name to deceive others, that’s identity fraud. And we already have laws for that. Same goes for impersonation, defamation, and fraud. You can’t open a bank account or run a scam using someone else’s information, so why should digital impersonation be treated any differently?

It has been proposed that a major purpose of CERN (and thus world wide web) was to interconnect enough storage and processing power to capture and manipulate consciousness data of one human. That data corpus, presumably, could then be uploaded from a dying corpse into a fresh nubile. I first heard this idea decade+ ago by Texas cable-tv personality FREEMAN FLY. Maybe it was 20+ years ago. Of course Dolly the cloned sheep was the tech-release/admission of the physical capability. FF 10-15 years and there is the tech capability. Imagine what They’re up to presently.
An interesting tanget is the esoteric idea that genetic clones share vibrational connection amongst the genetically-identical pair or pack. Theoretically, a clone could be grown, then tortured (or split via ritual-abuse and filmed with the split-alter doing naughty things), then those experiences could be propagated into the main being. Madonna famously has a ‘DNA clean-up crew’ as do all Wash DC area federal politicians — they literally come into the operating room / doctor office and biohazard-red-bag-up all needles, gown, pads, etc. Maybe they know something…
