David Bowie came from a family with a history of mental health issues. His brother was schizophrenic, and Bowie even said himself that drugs had a seriously negative effect on his mental wellbeing, and that he believed that he also had mental health issues to some extent. But Jimmy Page WAS into some seriously twisted shit at that point in time, so you really can never know whether or not Bowie was actually onto something.
I read about this in Angela Bowie’s book Backstage Passes. I will never forget the quote she wrote from Bowie, “I’m being held captive by two witches and a warlock”.
When you entertain demons, you are welcoming them into your life, home, dreams ( nightmares) . Flee the devil, and he will flee you.
He should have had an exorcism done on himself not just his pool.
Until you’ve experienced this world for yourself you will consider these stories to be nothing more than myth and legend.
Bowie invited the demon in by dabbling in the occult without any armor of Christ to protect him. The demon wasn’t in the pool, it was inside David himself, and he’s the one who let it in.

In the mid 1970s, David Bowie released “Station to Station” as he transformed into the Thin White Duke. His mental and physical state was in major decline due to addiction. Becoming obsessed with the occult, he felt Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin was casting dark spells on him. And then there was his haunted Los Angeles swimming pool.
